FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. Apply and massage onto skin before or after activities. Avoid broken or inflamed skin, eyes, nose, mouth, bandaged and other sensitive areas. Apply a thin layer to the affected area no more than 4 times daily. Wash hands with cool water after use.

Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed tightly and keep out of warm or hot water, direct sunlight, and other heat sources. Do not bandage tightly or use a heating pad after use. Do not use with other ointments, creams, sprays or liniments.
